Yes. All Jewelry4u products are made from authentic 92.5 sterling silver, ensuring long-lasting shine and superior quality. Each piece is carefully crafted and polished to perfection, giving you a premium finish that stands out.
3. Will my jewelry tarnish over time?
All genuine sterling silver naturally oxidizes when exposed to air, moisture, or chemicals like perfumes and lotions. However, with proper care, your jewelry will maintain its beauty for years. We recommend storing your pieces in a dry, airtight box and cleaning them gently with a soft silver polishing cloth when needed.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available. We accept all major prepaid payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and wallets. COD will be introduced soon to make shopping with Jewelry4u even more convenient.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items starting from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days in metro cities, 5–7 business days in other areas, and up to 7 business days in remote locations. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@jewelry4u.in with unboxing images or videos for verification. Our support team will ensure a quick replacement or refund process.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, Jewelry4u ships only within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations very soon.
