Return Policy

At Jewelry4u, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items from the date of delivery — no exceptions beyond 7 days.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All tags, certificates, and invoices must be included.

The product should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Please Note:

Returns are only accepted for orders placed on the official Jewelry4u website.

Any shipping or handling charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

In case of missing items in return orders (e.g., if multiple products were claimed to be returned but not all are picked up), Jewelry4u reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund amount.

This also applies to promotional or free gift items provided with your purchase.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method used during the purchase.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria, Jewelry4u reserves the right to decline the refund and send the item back to you.
